Self Awareness and its relative value
I wanted to share this great article with you, many people believe that formal qualifications are the keys to success in leadership. Interesting that Harvard Business review, home of one of the most prestigious MBA programs, published a recent article, revisiting that assumption. It is seen through the eyes of ‘Vince’ who was leading ‘by the book’ and figured that he was pretty successful….
What is it? It is seeing ourselves, as others see us, taking that step outside, being more conscious about what we do, say and perhaps our tone of voice, indeed how we resonate with others.
Many of us believe that a combination of the right knowledge, the right mindset and our approach to others are key to our personal and professional growth, not to mention our professional success.
I would be delighted to discuss your impressions of the article with you.
